There's nothing wrong with using built-in tools and user made tools, and using them is actually smarter than doing it with the command bar. The command bar isn't more precise or anything if you use the right tools. [[User:Anaminus/CmdUtl|CmdUtl]], for example, allows you to set the exact increment in degrees that you want. It is just as precise as the command bar. Just the elitism of doing it with the command bar which is "harder" is not a really good reason to not use tools that make it easier. Erm...

The guide is kind of horrible and gives some bad advice, and we also already have a page on CFraming...

There's nothing wrong with using built-in tools and user made tools, and using them is actually smarter than doing it with the command bar. The command bar isn't more precise or anything if you use the right tools. CmdUtl, for example, allows you to set the exact increment in degrees that you want. It is just as precise as the command bar. Just the elitism of doing it with the command bar which is "harder" is not a really good reason to not use tools that make it easier. The point is to teach to users the easy way to do it, not to teach them the harder way to do it. What users want is to build places, and they'd rather do it the easy way than the harder way, since both give the same result and both give the same options. --JulienDethurens 15:12, 22 April 2012 (EDT)

As I said before, I didn't write this, someone else did. The guide might not be perfect, but it does give valid information about CFraming

It'd be better to not have this guide at all than to have it... I'm currently working on majorly improving it. You can see the draft under my user page. --JulienDethurens 15:41, 22 April 2012 (EDT)
