While your code may have worked, there were a couple of things wrong with it. Code on the wiki should be a shining example of the best way to do it. One thing that was bad in your original code was the poorly named variables. a</syntaxhighlight> doesn't quite cut it, and par</syntaxhighlight> isn't so good. Also, your code wasn't well formatted, and didn't fit the Lua Style Guidelines very well. Finally, I had fun rewriting it to be (hopefully) neater.
