Failed to get URL

I wouldn't worry about it. It doesn't sound like anything was wrong with your computer. "Failed to get URL" simply means your computer couldn't contact the Server at that point in time for whatever reason. Probably either the server was dead, your internet link was temporarily dead, they were upgrading, or something along those lines. Don't worry about it. I've gotten it before.
