Functions - Methods

Hum, we have a small problem there... These are actually methods, not functions, so we can't use the Template:Function template. However, they're not members of an Instance, so we can't use the Template:Method template either!

Actually, we have the exact same problem with the methods of the real events and the GetApi method of libraries. :/

I'm really not convinced that the style of the Function/Method is suitable for libraries/anything. I really think we should push on with the design change at User:NXTBoy/Sandbox. I really need feedback, and people to try new things.
