Do remove it from the FAQs page. It isn't relevant and is such a narrow problem, maybe one or two users have it. Is MSN even an OS/Browser?

Yeah I checked before I removed it. Customer service gets nothing about this issue, therefore it's not an FAQ. Removed and listed for deletion. Doom should be around to delete some pages in the near future.--Gordonrox24 | ^Talk 02:28, 13 July 2011 (UTC)
