How to Take Screenshots
NOTE: This article expects you to have a keyboard with the Print Screen key.
Screenshots are pictures that are taken of your screen. In this tutorial, you will learn how to take ROBLOX screenshots.
Default way
If the client you are using is new enough (late 2010 or later), then there will be a button in the client for taking screenshots. Click Menu at the bottom left if the client has it. Then click the screenshot button. You can also take a screenshot by pressing the Print Screen key on your keyboard. When the button is clicked or the key is pressed, a screenshot is created and then saved inside your Pictures folder, in the ROBLOX folder or sometimes a folder with the name of the revival. Some clients will also copy a raw image to your clipboard.
Alternative way (Windows)
If the client is too old, or you need to take a screenshot of the studio tools, then you could use the alternative way to take screenshots. Click outside of the ROBLOX window before pressing the Print Screen key in newer clients or it will default to using ROBLOX's screenshot method. The screenshot is saved onto your clipboard, so you must open up Microsoft Paint or another image program and paste it (Ctrl + V).
