Roblox is a free sandbox game, meaning you define and create the worlds that you play in. Roblox is set up in a economic system world, in which players create their own 'places' using block and other such parts. People are then given the chance to play these places, and players earn tickets, which can be spent on advertising their place, or buying cool gear. Most of Roblox's content is user made, and buying a premium service does not effect a players ability to create content.

Lua: Programming RobloxMaking your maps do crazy things
Roblox provides players to program in Lua, a simple scripting language. The basic math level required to understand this with ease is around 8th grade. That doesn't mean you can't try.
