A page that says edit draft instead of edit means that it is a protected page. You will need an reviewer, or someone higher, to validate the page before it can be shown to the public.

How to Validate Pages

Only reviewers can validate pages. If you are not a reviewer, you can contact one by finding them here. If you are a reviewer than you can validate protected page edits. To do this click on the plus and minus symbol "(+/-)" and find the link that says "# edits await approval". Click on that and submit a review of that page. Once you do that the page is validated (you can check if a protected page has already been validated by looking at the page history. It will say something like "validated by MrNicNac".
