Thats not the way I do it. That thing doesnt even come up! I drag the tools from backpack to starterpack. It might just be in solo mode but thats how I do it. I never go on ROBLOX studio.

Tools
If you're in Roblox Studio that window pop's up, but if you're in Solo Mode (Like I do) it doesn't show.
Good Old Days
Yeah those are the good old days. When very few learned how to script and you couldn't see the details in models. Also you could get Robux back then.
