Problems logging out

In rare cases you may not be able to log out. If this happens, please try the following:

1. Close all instances of your browser.
2. Open a single instance of your browser.
3. Browse to a page other than ROBLOX - www.google.com for example.
4. On Internet Explorer, use Tools->Internet Options->General->Delete Cookies. Or on Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools->Options->Privacy->Show Cookies->Remove All cookies.
5. Browse to www.roblox.com. You should see that no account is logged in.

We know this is a bug in certain situations and will fix it as soon as possible.
