In rare cases you may not be able to log out. If this happens, please try the following:

• 1: Close all instances of your browser.
• 2: Open a single instance of your browser.
• 3: Browse to a page other than ROBLOX - www.google.com for example.
• 4: On Internet Explorer use Tools->Internet Options->General->Delete Cookies. On other browsers use the appropriate command to delete cookies.
• 5: Browse to www.roblox.com. You should see that no account is logged in.

We know this is a buy in certain situations and will fix it as soon as possible.
