Parameters and Arguments

Do you guys consider using parameters and arguments as reusing code as well? Flurite - 12:12, 7 April 2012 (UTC)

It doesn't exactly classify as reusing code, but is part of reused code. But yet, it could be a sub-section to make the reused code more dynamic and usable in more situations. †MrNicNac - Senior Wiki Editor †
