The Rules

The Forum Moderators try to keep things in line, but it's best if you use the forum with some common sense. Think of talking on the forum like being in school. All the rules of Roblox still apply, and you're there to talk to other people. Not to spam or be mean to each other, just to talk.

Also, if something is going down or a new rule has been introduced a moderator will pin a post to let you know about it. What this means is that their post is stuck to the top of the forum and doesn't go down like regular posts. Pinned posts tend to stay there for a few weeks, so it's probably a good idea to read it.

The current and complete rules are right here. Read 'em at least once.

The rules aren't very complex though. As long as you aren't mean and you have a point to talk about you'll be fine and the moderators will like you =D That said, a great way to make enemies is to constantly annoy the moderators or make them mad. The less they like you the less likely they are to let you make posts. So follow the rules and treat the forums well, and everyone will get along.

Remember that the Moderators are always right. Whatever they tell you to do overrides what the Rules say. The Moderators are all experienced adults who know how to keep you safe on the Forums.

Navigating the Forums

First time on an internet forum? They're easy to get around.
  • From the Main Page click on a forum that interests you. Whichever one you choose looks like the one right here.
    1. This is the New Thread button. Click it to start a new thread! Simple! Fill in a meaningful title and whatever message you want to talk about. Hit post to say what you want to say.
    2. These are Pinned Posts. They're made by Moderators and Admins, and will stay at the top of the forums. It's a good idea to read them and do what they say.
    3. This is a thread. Click on it to read it.
    4. This is a thread with several pages on it. Click on the number to go to that page.

Reading threads is simple. One person creates the thread, and then people post replies to it. You can reply too! Just hit Post Reply at the bottom of a post, and you can contribute to the discussion.

Before you make a thread...

You might want to use the Search box in the top right of each forum section to find a thread that is like the one you're about to make.

Lets say you want to talk about puppies. If you search for 'puppies' I'll bet you'll get a ton of threads to chat in. You can post in those instead of making yet another Puppies thread.

This is really useful in the Help section. Odds are good that someone had the same question or problem that you did, and their question was answered. Do a search for your question and the answer may show up a lot faster!

Advanced Buttons

You may have noticed the little bar of buttons in the top right. Here they are, in case you missed them.

Home

This will bring you right back to the main page from wherever you are.

Search

This is really useful for find posts you want to talk about before making a new thread.

Profile

Directs you to the My Account page.

MyForums

This lists the last 10 or so threads that you posted in, and any replies. Ones with new replies are at the top.
