The powers section seems a bit... prone (dunno if that's the right word). "They can unban you"? If I were new, that'd make me want to PM an admin and tell them to unban me -- something that the admins don't want more of (spam). They also have a lot more powers than that, so I suggest you get rid of that part entirely.
