Adding some of the information from the [http://www.roblox.com/info/TermsOfService.aspx ROBLOX ToS] might be a good idea, particularly paragraphs 1 and 6. Using the article from Wikipedia would probably work fine, the US Copyright Office gives a good [http://www.copyright.gov/circs/circ1.html#wci overview] too.
