Publishing is when you save a copy of your map to the Roblox server. This means that it saves the map, and then sends it through the internet to the Roblox website computer, where it is stored so others can enjoy your map more easily.

To Publish your map, simply:
 
# Make your map.
#* Make certain to save an extra copy on your computer, just in case.
# While in editor mode, go to File > Publish to Roblox.
# A new window will pop up, asking if you really want to publish it. Click yes, and wait for the upload to finish.

This is useful for building contests that require you to publish a place.

    • Make certain to save an extra copy on your computer, just in case.
  2. While in editor mode, go to File > Publish to Roblox.
