Copying a place for your own enjoyment later is simple, you can even save other peoples places. You cannot, however, save the official Roblox games, just user-created worlds. This will not work if the other persons place is Copy-Locked.
Steps:

  • 1 Open up the world you want to save for yourself, go into single player mode.
  • 2 Once inside, click on the tab at the top of the screen that says "Insert".
  • 3 Click on the save button, and save the world where you want and under the name you want.

It's that simple!

You now have that world saved to your computer, and can open and edit to your liking. You can do this with any user-created map.

Note: If your in Builder's Club be sure to change your default place to a new place or your default place will be reaplaced to the Copied place!

Note: If you want to publish the place that you copied, be sure to ask the person you copied from first!
