It could also allow the goverment to shutdown any website as long as it is linked to a website that violates SOPA, such as Google or Facebook. That means if your website, or a website you use has a link to google (or has google ads), or a like button to facebook, or a link to facebook, they also can be censored. And the website is not removed. You are just blocked from viewing it.
