Local Lighting

Regarding Neatness
Even though we shouldn't be supporting the use of local bricks, this is a very neat and nicely-written tutorial.
- Does that mean it will get deleted or will they just not be happy? -Jopc67
- Who is they? I am sure it won't get deleted, but some of the editors might not be happy. However, they never are happy.
