First of the description of the hat: "A gift any one can attain - if only they believe it is possible. This gift was given out to anyone who posted a comment on this item before the deadline. There is no way to get this gift in the future." Second, Telamon posted a comment saying anything before his comment receives the gift. Third, I didn't say "I beleive" yet I got the gift.
