:It uses the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_URI_scheme Data URI Scheme] to get passed the moderated message alert when you post URLs. For example, to embed a video before you'd have to use <nowiki>"http://www.youtube.com/embed/videoIdHere"</nowiki>, but now you could convert it into something that doesn't get moderated. What's this for? What are you trying to base64 encode?
- It uses the Data URI Scheme to get passed the moderated message alert when you post URLs. For example, to embed a video before you'd have to use "http://www.youtube.com/embed/videoIdHere", but now you could convert it into something that doesn't get moderated. Only the user who chats it can see it however, due to encodeURIComponent.
