Defined as: Making models of things (e.g. tall building) and applying scripting to it. Concepts, usage, and models already made are accepted. For example:

• How to make water.
  • Scripts for floating.
  • Making Acid.
  • Waves.

Roblox should also censore out words with certain scripts added in Roblox. Each character of a word that is blocked will be replaced by * so users cannot say reportable things. --DAbest

ROBLOX has a filter in place, although a lot of words can get by. It really needs to be upgraded. I think they should censor out words altogether. ⇒OutOfSpace

Roblox should have a "How to" section for users to understand the basics of Roblox uses and avalibilities. --DAbest

We should have "How to use shadows." on the wiki many people turn them on but want them a diffrent color. So just maby one simple tutorial of that.

We should have a experienced building tutorial that explains the more advanced building techniques such as meshes, uplaoding them, and the abilities of using multiple bricks in a model to make it unique. It should be added to show users the unique advantages they can use to build with simple bricks and meshes.

No. Use real scripting and global code. "Remove(blah blah blah)" is not real scripting. It's blah:Remove(). You'd know this if you read some of the tutorials on that page. ⇒OutOfSpace

a decent tutorial for making minigame scripts, like how to teleport peopl,how to give points,how to make it choose a random player to teleport to a differnt location, and how to make it realize the last one standing. that would help a whole ton of people!

You can get a basic car structure from the Insert > Chassis menu in Roblox studio. Trying to get them to work is another story. MINDRAKER 20:30, 11 November 2008 (UTC)

Let's swap the terms Advanced and Expert to be consistant with it's use on the Scripter Forum.

More Tutorials on This Page?

The advanced/expert tutorials are nothing. We need to rename/merge those sections, and create a real one with stuff such as metatables, userdata, etc.. Adding the tutorials onto this page would be amazing. Emess ^talk 17:46, 24 December 2010 (UTC)

I think we should scrap the 'difficulties'

All of these difficulties are subjective. I think we can suffice by just having a running list under the respective tabs. Agree, anyone? --Samacado 16:23, 15 January 2012 (EST)

Suggestions

• We combine scripting and building into one category, and then transits from building to scripting. All tutorials are in an order that should be followed to generally learn stuff. The big long stuff like 'Cookbooks' should be in a separate one. That way, players learn how to build, and the properties of objects and stuff. Then, using scripting, they learn to manipulate them.
• We make this a list of all tutorials. This should be a main navigation page
• We spiff up a lot of tutorials, and make them flow, one to another, in a long learning thing
• We combine all of the random tutorials about learning how to script.
