RbxGear (Library)

The RbxGear is still in progress. When completed, it will contain many functions that will be used in gear for various things.

It can be loaded, but doesn't right now contain anything useful, except two functions, which are only used as placeholders:

Foo( )
Returns	nil
Description:	Prints foo.

Bar( )
Returns	nil
Description:	Prints bar.
