The Drag tool allows for movement of an object in all three axies.

Click on an object, and drag it towards the position that you want to move the object to.The "drag" tool allows you to move a brick anywhere on a map.

You can not move a brick by using the "drag" tool if the brick is locked (read the locked section for more)
